The workout which is shown in video is extremely dangerous and risky. bcose most of the movement or technique which is shown in video is wrong. Please dont to it you can see the video front Scot accident. there so many mistake in workout:-
1.Front scout (improper and not safe)
2.Deadlift (old technique which is banned in sport and not safe)
3.squat (this is not a gym workout exercise and extremely danger)
4.pullups (totally wrong and very danger for foot joint)
there is so many mistake in workout.So what you think!!
